Return Policy – Eternal Wave Surf Shop

At Eternal Wave Surf Shop, we want you to be stoked about your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have tags still attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note that all returns are issued as store credit only—no refunds will be given. Store credit can be used in-store or online and does not expire.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: swimwear, clearance items, surf wax, sunscreen, custom or handmade goods, and any used gear or personal care products.

For in-store purchases, returns can be made at the shop during regular business hours. For online orders, you can ship your return back to us at your expense . Please contact us first to receive a return authorization and mailing instructions.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit and email you a confirmation.
